We’re looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience who can confidently manage digital marketing hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing profiles and sales including SEO, PPC, Social Media, BDE, and related roles.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
- Drive employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Support attendance, leave, joining, exit formalities, and other HR processes.
- Coordinate with management and teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records accurately.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT/Digital Marketing organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and people-oriented personality.
- Positive understanding of HR operations and employee engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
