At Strivant Health, our Patient Access teams play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely access to care while supporting accurate reimbursement for healthcare providers. As a Patient Access Team Lead, you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational support for teams responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, authorization coordination, financial clearance, and patient liability activities.

This role combines leadership, training, quality oversight, and hands-on operational support.



You will help team members navigate complex patient access scenarios, resolve account issues, monitor quality and productivity, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.

- Lead, coach, and develop Patient Access team members to achieve quality, productivity, and service goals.
- Support patient registration, insurance verification, authorization, financial clearance, and patient liability workflows.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback to improve accuracy, compliance, and patient experience.
- Assist with onboarding, training, SOP development, and ongoing staff development initiatives.
- Review complex accounts, resolve escalated issues, and provide guidance on challenging patient access scenarios.
