Key Responsibilities
● Conduct engaging and structured product demos for prospective customers through
online meetings and calls.
● Understand customer requirements and demonstrate relevant Rannkly features
accordingly.
● Clearly explain product features, benefits, workflows, and use cases.
● Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand leads
and customer requirements.
● Handle basic product-related questions during demos and coordinate with the
relevant team for technical queries.
● Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations and maintain proper
communication.
● Maintain records of demos, customer feedback, requirements, and follow-ups.
● Develop a strong understanding of Rannkly's product modules and regularly stay
updated with new features.
● Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate how Rannkly can address
them.
● Support the sales team in moving qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales
process.
● Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product and Sales teams.
● Continuously improve product presentation and demo skills based on customer
interactions.
What We’re Looking For
● Fresh graduate with good communication and presentation skills.
● Strong verbal and written communication in English.
● Confident personality with the ability to interact with customers professionally.
● Good presentation and storytelling skills.
● Ability to understand software products and explain them in simple language.
● Robust listening and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to learn about SaaS products and the hospitality industry.
● Basic understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
● Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
● Candidates with an interest in SaaS Sales, Product Demonstration, Business
Development, or Customer Success will be preferred.
