Role Description
The Team Lead role at Technotask Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Team Lead will oversee a customer support or operations team, ensuring daily targets,



service-level agreements, and quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback, managing escalations, and coordinating staffing and shift schedules. The role involves collaborating with management to implement process improvements, aligning team activities with client requirements, and preparing regular reports on productivity and quality. The Team Lead will also support training initiatives, maintain a positive and inclusive work workplace, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
