Job Details
- Experience: 1 year+ (Field Sales)
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentive

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, distributors, and potential customers to generate sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Promote the company’s ice cream products and introduce new product offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries.
- Follow up on outstanding payments wherever required.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.

Required Skills
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
