Operating out of our primary global delivery hub, this role focuses on executing transformative strategic projects and directly enabling the VP as a scale leader, turning high-level growth visions into organized, department-wide execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the VP: Act as the VPs right hand by handling background work, clearing obstacles, and letting them focus on big-picture revenue and growth.
- Run Key Projects: Take full charge of special new projects, like setting up team performance metrics (KPIs) and managing training programs.
- Improve Operations: Keep consulting work running smoothly, track team workloads, and improve how services are delivered.
- Lead Broad Initiatives: Head cross-departmental efforts, portfolio expansion, and main business goals.




- Monitor Finances: Keep an eye on profit margins, sales pipelines, incoming revenue, and quarterly targets.
- Serve as Executive Liaison: Organize the VPs priorities, write briefs for client steering committees, and follow up with the team.
- Manage Significant Clients: Step in for the VP with key client accounts to resolve project risks and issues.
- Write Clear Documents: Draft clear, polished reports, company frameworks, and memos that are ready to send without needing edits.
- Organize Meetings: Set leadership agendas, prepare context for the VP, record key decisions, and make sure action items get done.
- Work Across Teams: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales across Hyderabad and international offices to align project delivery with growth goals.
