To support sales of construction chemical products including waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, and wall putty across project and retail channels through field execution and customer coordination. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales of our tile adhesive and construction chemical product range in Indore and its surrounding territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building materials industry with an existing network of dealers, contractors, and architects in the region. This role requires a proactive qualified capable of achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Business Development
- - Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for tile adhesives and related construction chemical products.
- Market Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities and untapped market segments within the assigned territory. Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and brand presence.
- Project Sales: Identify, pursue, and close new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
2. Channel Partner Management
- - Distributor Network: Manage existing distributors and appoint new distributors and dealers in the territory. Ensure adequate product availability and inventory management.
- Dealer Development: Appoint and onboard new dealers, increase product offtake from existing dealer network.
- Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, builders, architects, applicators, and project consultants.
