Role & responsibilities

HR Operations & Process Excellence
- Manage and continuously improve end-to-end HR operational processes.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, duplication and manual interventions.
- Drive process standardization and implement best practices across HR operations.
- Develop and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, workflows and process governance.
- Monitor operational SLAs, turnaround times and process effectiveness.

2. HR Process Automation & Digitalization
- Identify HR processes that can be automated and lead automation initiatives.
- Partner with HR, IT and technology teams to implement HR automation solutions.

3. HR Analytics & MIS
- Develop and manage HR dashboards,



MIS and analytical reports for management.
- Analyze workforce and HR operational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
- Build dashboards covering key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, headcount, employee movements, absenteeism, productivity and

4. HR Technology & Systems
- Work closely with HRIS/IT teams for enhancement and optimization of HR systems.
- Identify system gaps and recommend improvements in HR technology.

Preferred candidate profile

Full time MBA

Should have worked on tools like Power BI etc.
