Key Accountabilities :

A. Delivery Leadership

Own end-to-end delivery of:
- Power BI reports and dashboards
- Semantic models (datasets, dataflows)
- Self-service analytics solutions
- Ensure quality, timelines, and delivery performance

B. Architecture & Design

-Define Power BI solution architecture aligned with Group standards
- Design performant data models (star schema, DAX optimization)
- Contribute to platform evolution (Power BI Premium / Fabric, gateways, workspace governance)

C. Industrialization & Run Readiness
- Drive transition from development to production
- Implement BI DevOps best practices (versioning, CI/CD Power BI, ALM Toolkit)
- Ensure operational stability and solution maintenance

D. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Power BI Developers, Data Analysts, and Reporting Engineers
- Coordinate with:
- Product Owners and business stakeholders
- Data Office / Governance teams
- Platform and data engineering teams

E. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Data governance frameworks (definitions, certifications, lineage)
- Security standards (RLS, access management)
- Group architecture and deployment standards
