Performance test Engineer

Experienc required: 8-10 years

Role Summary





Seeking a seasoned Performance Test Engineer to independently own end-to-end performance testing for cloud-native enterprise applications. The candidate must be expert in JMeter, LoadRunner, Kubernetes, containerization, and observability tools (Lens, Grafana, Prometheus), with proven ability to strategize, execute, analyze, and report performance outcomes without day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Own performance test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for web, API, and microservices platforms.

Design and maintain load, stress, soak, spike, and scalability test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).

Provision and manage performance test environments on Kubernetes; use Docker/containerization for distributed load generation.

Monitor and analyze metrics via Lens, Grafana, and Prometheus; perform RCA across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

Define NFRs, SLAs, and performance acceptance criteria; deliver test plans, dashboards, and
