Role Description
The Project Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon.



This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to lending platforms and digital transformation initiatives for NBFC partners, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and analytics, monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include defining project requirements, creating detailed project plans, tracking milestones, managing vendors and logistics where required, and ensuring that implementation meets quality and regulatory standards. The role also involves optimizing processes, supporting continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
