s we expand our placement-linked training programs, we are looking for a dedicated professional to support the retention and welfare of students placed outside their home districts/states, particularly in Delhi/NCR.

Preferred Profile:

* Graduate in any discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, HR preferred)

* 2–5 years experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, CSR Skill Development, Placement Tracking, Student Welfare, or Migration Support

* Strong counselling and communication skills

* Comfortable interacting with students, parents, and employers

* Willingness to travel and conduct field visits

* Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure 90-day and 180 day retention of placed candidates





✅ Regular counselling and follow-up with students

✅ Parent engagement and confidence-building

✅ Coordination with employers and HR teams

✅ Grievance handling and welfare support

✅ Migration and accommodation assistance

✅ Maintenance of retention MIS and reporting

Salary Range: ₹22,000–25,000 per month (plus performance-linked incentives)
