Job Designation: Social Media Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging copy for social media posts, campaigns & ads.
- Support in creating content calendars and planning brand content.
- Work with designers to develop visually aligned posts.
- Stay updated on trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Writing copy for social posts, ad creatives, emailers, basic scripts.
- Creating and maintaining monthly content calendars.
- Briefing designers with transparent visual ideas.
- Publishing content (IG, FB, LinkedIn, GMB, etc.).
- Pulling platform insights and reporting weekly/monthly performance.
- Maintaining brand voice across clients.

Primary KRA Areas

Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write copy for all platforms: social, ads, emailers
- Maintain brand voice across clients

Calendar Ownership
- Build and maintain monthly social media calendars
- Ensure all planned content is ready 48 hours before posting





Publishing & Reporting
- Publish content as per the schedule
- Track and share basic performance insights weekly

Team Coordination
- Brief designers with clarity
- Collaborate with SEO/Ads for integrated content

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or content writing.
- Strong copywriting skills with creative thinking.
- Interest in design (basic Canva knowledge is a plus).
- Clear intention to build a long-term career in Social Media.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
