Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Technical Architect – DevOps
with strong expertise in
Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release automation, environment management, and DevSecOps
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing DevOps architecture and standards, driving automation across Salesforce environments, and enabling reliable, scalable, and secure continuous delivery.

This role requires a robust combination of
Salesforce technical expertise, DevOps architecture, hands-on automation experience, technical leadership, and stakeholder management
.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business, engineering, delivery, and client stakeholders to understand DevOps requirements and delivery objectives.
- Assess existing DevOps processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improvement.
- Design and implement scalable
CI/CD pipelines,



release automation, deployment strategies, and environment management solutions
.
- Define and establish
branching strategies, release governance, deployment methodologies, rollback strategies, and environment standards
.
- Lead DevOps architecture workshops, technical design sessions, and solution discussions.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Establish and implement
DevSecOps practices
across the Salesforce development and delivery lifecycle.
- Enable continuous delivery across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Development, QA, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Develop reusable DevOps frameworks, accelerators, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps and Salesforce engineering teams.
