JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS INTERN

Position: Accounts Intern Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Gurugram, Haryana Employment

Type: Internship Duration: 3–6 Months

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to accounting processes and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Record and maintain purchase and sales invoices.

Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.

Support accounts payable and receivable activities.

Assist in preparing and maintaining vouchers and accounting records. Help with GST-related documentation and data.

Maintain proper filing of invoices and financial documents.

Assist the team with monthly salary and expense-related records.

Support the preparation of basic reports and statements. Perform data entry and maintain accounting records accurately.



Coordinate with internal teams for required financial documents. Perform other accounts-related tasks as assigned. Eligibility & Skills Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related course. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of Tally/Busy or any accounting software will be an advantage. Good numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.
