is looking for an experienced and energetic
Assistant Manager – Operations
to lead BPO operations, drive performance, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of BPO experience
- Minimum 3 years as a Team Lead
- Mandatory client management experience
- Non-Voice BPO operations experience
- Experience managing 15–20 member teams
- Mortgage industry experience is an added advantage
- MBA / Post Graduation in Business Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day BPO operations and team performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and employees
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality, and compliance
- Manage client communication and escalations
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
