Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of AMFI certified professionals to achieve business targets in the Mutual Fund space.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth through various channels (BSE, NSE, CAM).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from SEBI, NISM, and other relevant authorities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in mutual fund industry with expertise in AMFI certification.
- Solid understanding of BSE, NSE, CAM, MF, NISM regulations and guidelines.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective sales strategies.
