Role & responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Founder Personal Branding across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Research social media trends, reels, and content ideas.
- Develop scripts, hooks, captions, and content concepts.
- Assist in shooting Reels, videos, interviews, and BTS content.
- Handle basic video/photo shooting and editing.
- Coordinate with founders during shoots and capture authentic content.
- Assist in maintaining the content calendar and posting schedule.
- Track content performance and suggest new ideas.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of social media and current trends.
- Good content creation and scripting skills.
- Basic shooting/videography and video editing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working closely with Founders/Senior Leadership.
