Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient footfall.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and healthcare facilities through appropriate marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, corporates, insurance companies, and other referral sources.
- Generate new patient referrals and strengthen existing referral networks.
- Conduct regular field visits to clinics, hospitals, corporate offices, and other potential referral points.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal departments for health camps, awareness programs, medical camps, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate tie-ups.
- Follow up with referral sources and maintain regular communication.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly marketing activity reports and referral data.
- Track leads, referrals, conversions,



and patient acquisition sources.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media, online campaigns, and promotional content.
- Support hospital events, CME programs, health awareness campaigns, and community outreach activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities are conducted professionally and in line with hospital policies.
- Achieve assigned marketing targets and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Qualification & Skills
- Any Bachelor's degree; MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Experience in hospital/healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong networking and field marketing skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
