Sr. SAP FICA (Contract Accounting) Consultant – S/4HANA Migration

Position Overview

We are looking for a
Senior SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) Consultant
with approximately
10+ years of overall SAP experience
, including
5-7 years of hands-on SAP FICA experience
.

The candidate should have solid expertise in
SAP FICA Contract Accounting
and proven experience in
SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion projects
. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, configuration, migration, testing, integration, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1. S/4HANA Migration & Conversion
- Participate in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects (Brownfield, Greenfield,



or Selective Data Transition).
- Handle Business Partner (BP) conversion and Contract Account migration activities.
- Perform impact analysis on existing FICA custom developments and standard processes.
- Support data cleansing, migration, validation, cutover, and hypercare activities.

2. SAP FICA Configuration & Implementation

Hands-on configuration experience in:
- Contract Partner & Contract Account
- Posting & Documents
- Payments & Payment Lot
- Direct Debit Processing
- Dunning
- Interest Calculation
- Security Deposits
- Returns Processing
- Write-Offs
- Account Balance Display

3. Integration
- Integrate SAP FICA with SAP SD, FI/CO, and BRIM solutions.
- Work closely with ABAP teams to prepare Functional Specifications (WRICEF objects).
- Support interfaces, enhancements, reports, and workflows.

4. Testing & Project Delivery
- Conduct requirement gathering and fit-gap workshops.
- Prepare solution design
