- Identify new ELV, Fire & Security and BMS projects in Hyderabad.
- Generate new leads through direct visits, references, networking and market research.
- Develop relationships with consultants, PMCs, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, builders and end users.
- Visit project sites and understand customer requirements.
- Identify upcoming projects at an early stage and obtain project/BOQ information.
- Generate enquiries and RFQs for ELV/MEP works.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial quotations with the estimation/technical team.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications,



BOQ preparation and costing.
- Track competitors, market prices and upcoming projects.
- Develop new accounts as well as business from existing customers.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide weekly sales reports.
- Follow up with customers until PO/Work Order is received.
- Coordinate with the project team after order confirmation for smooth handover.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
