Brij Design is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our export house in Gurgaon.

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000/month
Industry: Garments Export / Export House
Product: Woven Wear

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end garment production
- Plan and monitor production schedules
- Ensure timely production as per shipment deadlines
- Manage production teams and manpower
- Coordinate with Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Quality & Merchandising teams
- Monitor productivity, quality and production efficiency
- Reduce wastage, rejection and rework
- Resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks

Candidate Requirements
✅ 8+ years of experience in garment production preferred
✅ Strong experience in Garments Export / Export House
✅ Must have experience in Woven Wear
✅ Robust knowledge of production planning & garment manufacturing
✅ Excellent team management and coordination skills
