Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand voice and grow our online community. You will be responsible for developing the social strategy, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of cultural trends. You are not just a "poster"; you are a storyteller who understands how to convert followers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each platform (e.g., Reach, Engagement Rate, Conversion, ROI).
- Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to identify recent opportunities.
- Manage the monthly content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, PR campaigns, and seasonal events.

2. Content Creation & Curation
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, photos, Reels/Shorts, and copy).




- Write compelling captions and headlines that drive conversation and action.
- Produce short-form video content natively for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (concept to edit).
- Maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone of voice across all channels.

3. Community Management
- Actively monitor all social channels for comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Foster a positive community by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries in a timely, authentic manner.
- Proactively identify and engage with influencers, industry leaders, and user-generated content (UGC).

4. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Use data to optimize posting times, content formats, and ad spend.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment and industry trends.
