Cost Accountant

About the Role

KAKA Industries Ltd. is looking for a **Cost Accountant** to manage manufacturing costing, cost analysis and inventory control for our PVC, uPVC and WPC product range.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare product-wise/SKU-wise costing and BOM.

* Analyze raw material consumption, wastage, scrap and production yield.

* Monitor standard vs. actual cost and identify cost variances.

* Track material, labour, power and manufacturing overhead costs.

* Coordinate with **Production, Purchase, Stores and Accounts** for accurate costing data.

* Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation of RM, WIP and finished goods.





* Prepare costing MIS and management reports

* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement

Candidate Profile

* B.Com (CMA Inter/ICMA Inter will be an advantage.)

* 2+ years of experience in manufacturing costing/cost accounting

* Experience in PVC, uPVC, WPC, plastic extrusion or building materials preferred.

* Solid knowledge of MS Excel, inventory and manufacturing costing

* Good analytical and coordination skills.
