Job Title: Autonomous Operations Architect

We are seeking an experienced Autonomous Operations Architect to lead the transformation of traditional IT operations into intelligent, autonomous, and AI-driven operating models. The ideal candidate will architect and modernize IT infrastructure, cloud, application, and service management environments using AIOps, automation, AI/ML, observability, and predictive analytics.

The role will focus on building intelligent operations capabilities that improve operational efficiency, service reliability, scalability, resilience, and user experience, while enabling proactive and self-healing IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the AIOps and Autonomous Operations strategy across enterprise IT environments.
- Design up-to-date IT architectures spanning infrastructure, cloud, applications, and service management.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven operations, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and self-healing capabilities.




- Develop solutions for automated incident detection, correlation, root-cause analysis, remediation, and prevention.
- Integrate observability platforms, ITSM tools, cloud services, monitoring systems, and automation frameworks.
- Architect and implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and related technologies.
- Leverage AI/ML and GenAI to improve operational intelligence, knowledge management, service support, and decision-making.
- Establish proactive monitoring, event management, capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
- Define operational standards, architecture patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices for autonomous IT operations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, security, DevOps, SRE, and business teams to deliver enterprise-scale transformation.
