About the Role

We are looking for a smart, presentable and highly organised Executive / Coordinator – Founders' Office to work directly with the founders and support them across different areas of the business.

This is an entry-level, multi-functional role. You will not be restricted to one department or one type of work. Depending on the priorities of the founders, your responsibilities may involve HR coordination, administration, procurement, client coordination, email follow-ups, documentation, research, software/product testing and other business activities.

This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who wants to get hands-on exposure to how a company actually operates.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with the founders and help coordinate day-to-day activities such as:
- Coordinating tasks and follow-ups assigned by the founders.
- Communicating with employees,



clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Supporting basic HR activities, employee coordination and documentation.
- Assisting with office administration and operational activities.
- Coordinating purchases, quotations, vendors and order-related follow-ups.
- Managing email communication, follow-ups and maintaining significant information.
- Coordinating client meetings, requirements and action items.
- Preparing basic reports, presentations, documents and trackers.
- Conducting online research and preparing information for the founders.
- Assisting with software/product testing and reporting issues clearly to the relevant team.
- Following up with different teams to ensure assigned work is completed on time.
- Helping with various projects and initiatives being driven by the founders.
- Taking ownership of other tasks assigned by the founders as business requirements change.
