Reports To Head Refinery
Experience- 10 15 years experience in silver or precious metals refining, including hands-on experience with electrolytic processes.
Communication Level Tamil / English / Hindi (Preferred)
Qualification Degree or Diploma in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities
- Electrolytic Cell Setup: Coordinate with the Project team and suppliers for setting up silver electrolytic cells. Ensure proper installation, calibration, and readiness for production.
- Silver Refining Operations: Operate silver refining processes by electrolysis on a day-to-day basis.
Produce high-purity silver (9999 valuable delivery standard) consistently.
- Downstream Silver Product Manufacturing: Utilize refined silver to produce grains, casted, and minted products as per production requirements.
- Operational Management: Manage the entire silver refining operation including process losses, cost control, and team performance. Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements where necessary.
- Compliance Accreditation: Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliances and accreditation requirements relevant to silver refining. Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Performance Management: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for self and the team. Coach and guide team members to achieve operational and performance targets.
