Job Summary

The Quality Manager leads the quality function within organization. He/she sets the vision, goals, and objectives for quality management and align them with the organizational strategy and culture. He/she communicates and promotes the importance and value of quality to all stakeholders. He/she is accountable for the performance and results of the quality function and reports on key quality indicators and metrics.

Responsibilities

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the quality systems and processes that ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Establish and document the quality standards, procedures, and guidelines that comply with the relevant regulations, industry best practices, and customer expectations.
- Plan and conduct the quality audits,



inspections and obtain certifications that verify the compliance and effectiveness of the quality systems and processes.
- Manage the quality team and resources. He/she recruit, train, coach, and motivate the quality staff and ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies to perform their duties.
- Manage and monitor the quality budget, resources, and equipment and ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Continuous improvement and innovation of the quality systems and processes, using various tools and methods such as 7 QC tools, Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and Kaizen.
- Implement and oversee the quality control and assurance activities that detect and prevent defects, errors, and nonconformities in the products and services
