We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Prime LAP to drive business growth through the DSA/channel network. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals, managing DSA relationships, achieving disbursement targets and ensuring smooth conversion from login to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Prime LAP business through DSA, connectors, brokers and open-market channels.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing DSAs and onboard new productive channels.
- Achieve annual business targets of 30+ Cr.
- Handle individual files with typical disbursement values of 2–7 Cr.
- Work on profiles with preferred ROI of 9–13%, depending on credit policy and customer profile.
- Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy pipeline from login to disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations and RCU teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure complete documentation and quality sourcing with minimum deviations.
- Understand customer financials, property details, eligibility and credit requirements.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with HNI, self-employed and business customers.
- Monitor TAT, login-to-sanction and sanction-to-disbursement ratios.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain portfolio quality.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Prime LAP / LAP / Secured Lending.
- Strong experience in DSA/channel sourcing is mandatory.
- Proven track record of handling 30+ Cr annual business preferred.
- Experience handling 2–7 Cr ticket-size files will be highly preferred.
- Valuable understanding of Prime LAP credit, documentation and property-related processes.
