Key Responsibilities
- AWS Architecture & Engineering:Design and govern AWS environments across compute, storage, networking, databases, identity, containers, serverless, backup, DR and observability.
- End-to-End Project Delivery:Lead cloud projects from requirements, scope, plan, RAID, milestones, dependencies, stakeholder reviews and reporting through successful handover.
- Security & Compliance:Implement IAM, SCPs, KMS, CloudTrail, Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, encryption, network segmentation, vulnerability remediation and compliance controls.
- Automation & IaC:Standardize Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Ansible, scripting and CI/CD-based infrastructure deployments.
- L3 Escalation:Resolve complex AWS issues across availability, performance, IAM, networking, integration, operational stability and customer-impacting incidents.
- Team Leadership:Mentor L1/L2 engineers, review designs, define SOPs, conduct KT and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications & Skills




- 8+ years of IT infrastructure/cloud experience with 4+ years in AWS architecture, migration, operations or engineering.
- Strong end-to-end AWS knowledge across Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, ELB, Route 53, CloudFront, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, KMS, Backup, Systems Manager and hybrid connectivity.
- Proven delivery leadership with stakeholder management, project governance, dependency management, risk tracking and executive communication.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, resilience, DR, cost management, operations readiness, change management and documentation.

Relevant Certifications / Preferred Credentials
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Skilled or Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Advanced Networking, AWS Security Specialty, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile, ITIL Foundation or higher.
