Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to manage client support operations related to VoIP, Dialer, and Telecom infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting VoIP systems, managing Linux servers, and handling customer support requests efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- - Handle client calls, emails, and support requests to resolve technical issues
- Configure and provision PBX systems, IP phones, and telecom services for current clients
- Manage number porting, follow-up on support tickets, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Troubleshoot VoIP, Dialer, internet connectivity, and network-related issues
- Maintain and support Windows Servers, VoIP Servers, FTP Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, Routers, and Switches




- Coordinate remote installation and setup of Internet and VoIP services with on-site technicians
- Install, maintain, and upgrade IP camera software and related applications
- Follow SOPs, create proper documentation, and escalate unresolved issues when required
- Perform daily system monitoring, backup checks, and antivirus management
- Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery

Required Skills
- - Hands-on experience with Asterisk, VICIdial, and GoAuto Dial platforms
- Strong knowledge of VoIP troubleshooting and telecom support processes
- Experience in IP Phone configuration and PBX setup
- Good understanding of Linux environments including CentOS administration
- Knowledge of Firewall, VPN, WatchGuard, FTP Servers, and networking concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot SIP, Dialer, and connectivity-related issues
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work
