Job Summary

EnerTech UPS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager - Solar Inverters / LFP Battery / BESS to lead and expand our business in the Solar Inverters, LFP Battery, BESS, and other power products segment.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying current market opportunities across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities including dealers, distributors, EPCs, system integrators, and industrial clients
- Manage and grow key accounts through effective relationship management and commercial negotiations
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable power and energy solutions
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into successful closures




- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in coordination with the Business Manager
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams including Technical, Pre-Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance for smooth execution
- Maintain updated records in CRM for all sales activities
Candidate Profile
- Age: 30-40 years (Preferred)
- Strong experience in Solar Inverters, LFP Battery, BESS, and other power products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Technical understanding of power solutions is an added advantage
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills
Educational Qualification
- MBA / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrica
