Position Summary

SM/AVP Corporate Affairs (MCGM) will be responsible for all liaisoning, coordination, and statutory work related to BMC/MCGM for Aspect Groups corporate headquarters and other Mumbai-based offices and facilities. The incumbent will handle all activities involving BMC departments, ward offices, and related government agencies, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and timely clearances.
- This role will require close working relationships with Assistant Commissioners, Chief Engineers, Estate Department officials, and other MCGM representatives. The incumbent will also be responsible for securing approvals, concessions, licenses,



and assessments for all group sites, while maintaining proactive engagement with various municipal departments.

Key Responsbilities

1. MCGM Liaisoning & Coordination
- Handle all liaisoning and compliance work with BMC Head Office and ward offices for the Group.
- Build and maintain robust rapport with officials across Estate, Building, Factory, Health, Pest Control, and Assessment Tax Departments.
- Manage end-to-end coordination for files related to tree cutting permissions, concessions, and statutory approvals.
- Track and follow up on demolition (CI) notices, ensuring proper representation and resolution.
- Secure all relevant building plan and factory approvals in coordination with internal engine
