Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports
- Develop dashboards, summaries, and performance trackers
- Maintain databases and ensure proper data management
- Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements and clarification
- Identify trends, variances, and insights from data
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Has knowledge in Power BI, Tableau
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
