Job Summary
Transform two decades of workplace governance expertise into intelligent, scalable AI assisted systems, knowledge repositories, and retrieval tools.
Responsibilities
- Structure and maintain organisation wide knowledge repositories
- Develop taxonomies, templates, metadata, and documentation frameworks
- Build and evaluate AI assisted workflows using large language models
- Design retrieval systems and AI copilots for investigations, compliance, policy drafting, learning, and customer support
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into Conduct
- Evaluate AI outputs for quality, consistency, and legal reliability
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for adoption
- Document best practices for AI governance and responsible implementation
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in AI, knowledge management, information architecture, research, legal technology, product operations, technical documentation, or related disciplines
- Experience working with large language models, prompt engineering,
AI assisted workflows, retrieval systems, or automation tools
- A background in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, Product Management, Law, Human Computer Interaction, Library & Information Science, or similar fields
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to organise complex information into reusable structures
- Curiosity about AI and a desire to build responsible, practical applications that create real organisational value
