?Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday - Saturday)

About The Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, dependable, and responsible Student Relationship Executive (CRM) to manage the post-admission student experience.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with students, ensuring timely communication, coordinating course-related requirements, resolving student concerns, and making sure that no key task or commitment is missed.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, professional, and positive relationships with students after admission.
- Act as the
primary communication bridge between students, faculty, and internal teams.
- Communicate class schedules, changes, announcements, and other important course updates to students on time.
- Coordinate and provide support during online Zoom classes,



ensuring smooth communication between students and faculty.
- Ensure timely delivery of study materials, PDFs, recordings, tests, and other course resources.
- Handle student queries, discrepancies, complaints, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Coordinate with faculty, academic, operations, content, and technical teams to resolve student issues.
- Take
complete ownership of student concerns from initiation to closure and follow up until resolution.
- Proactively identify potential issues and take timely action to prevent delays and dissatisfaction.
- Manage multiple students, batches, and tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain proper records of student communication, requests, feedback, and resolutions.
- Focus on delivering an excellent
post-admission / after-sales
student experience and maintaining high student satisfaction.
