The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and meet hiring targets within defined timelines. Robust communication, stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and knowledge of recruitment best practices are essential. Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT domain recruitment is preferred.
