Job Title : Sheet Line Extruder Operator

Role & Responsibilities :
Operate and monitor plastic sheet extrusion machines.
Set temperature, screw speed, line speed and sheet thickness as per specifications.
Monitor extruder, die, roll stack and downstream equipment.
Check sheet thickness, dimensions and overall product quality.
Handle raw materials/resins and perform die, screen and roll adjustments.
Carry out minor troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance.
Maintain production and quality records.
Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
Qualification & Skills :
Qualification: ITI / DME / DEE / High School.
4+ years of extrusion line operating experience preferred.
Knowledge of plastic resins/polymers such as PP & PS.
Valuable mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
