Role: Associate HR - Onboarding

Payroll: Third-party payroll

This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all recent hires while also supporting Talent Acquisition activities. The incumbent will manage end-to-end onboarding processes, coordinate candidate journeys from offer release to joining, and provide recruitment coordination support to ensure smooth hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including completing personal file, verifying information, ensuring proper document filing, and providing guidance and support to new employees.
- Release offer letters and coordinate with candidates through the entire pre-joining phase to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful joining.
- Handle post-offer engagement activities and maintain regular communication with candidates until their date of joining.
- Managing background verification checks
- Invoice processing
- Maintain detailed records of all onboarding activities.




- Monitor and track onboarding progress through periodic surveys and communicate updates to relevant department leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and Facilities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Oversee the offer-to-post-joining process, including managing position details, creating appointment letters, handling post-offer engagements, arranging joining, conducting background verifications (BGV), Laptop arrangement, ID card creation and gathering feedback after joining while ensuring SLAs are met for timely execution.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key onboarding metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and engaging onboarding experience.
