About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager with strong Sales experience to lead our international business expansion in the US Retail Consumable Products sector. Based out of our Thane office, you will blend strategic marketing with active sales execution. This is a hybrid leadership role where you will manage a small, high-performing in office team while driving revenue growth and brand visibility in the highly competitive US retail market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

* Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers, distributors, and retail partners across the US market.

* Generate fresh leads through digital channels, market research,



cold outreach, and industry networking.

* Follow up rigorously on inbound and outbound leads to close sales and meet revenue targets.

* Monitor daily sales performance, track metrics, and present weekly/monthly progress reports to senior management.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

* Develop, launch, and optimize tailored marketing strategies to drive brand awareness for our consumable products in the US.

* Conduct thorough market research to analyze US consumer trends, competitor behavior, and pricing strategies.

* Collaborate on marketing materials, product packaging designs, and digital campaigns suited for American retail standards.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

* Directly manage, mentor, and motivate an on-site team of 2–3 marketing and sales executives in the Thane office.

* Set clear KPIs for the team, conduct performance reviews, and provide hands-on training to bridge
