About the Role

We are looking for a
Marketing & Business Development Manager
to drive new business, build strong client relationships and develop marketing initiatives for our PR agency working with
celebrity styling, luxury fashion and lifestyle brands
.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across
fashion, luxury, lifestyle, celebrity and premium brands
.
- Build and maintain relationships with
brand managers, marketing heads, founders, HNIs and decision-makers
.
- Develop leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events and other channels.
- Prepare and present
business proposals, pitches and commercial presentations
.




- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update lead status.
- Negotiate commercials and coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.

Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase agency visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Identify relevant
brand collaborations, events, partnerships and networking opportunities
.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with PR, social media and creative teams on campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Support development of agency presentations, credentials and marketing material.
- Track marketing activities and measure lead generation and conversion.
