We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Product Owner
with deep expertise in
Salesforce platforms
to join a rapid-paced digital transformation program.
This role requires someone who can translate business needs into actionable product backlogs, work closely with stakeholders, and drive delivery across complex Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Salesforce solutions
- Gather, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories
- Manage and refine the product backlog with development teams
- Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive sprint planning, UAT, releases, and adoption
- Ensure alignment with KPIs, value realization, and ROI
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations or enhancements
- Excellent understanding of Agile / Scrum practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience in large enterprises or regulated industries
- Background in digital transformation programs
