. Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Marketing
- Manage Breeze Rehab’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars covering rehabilitation services, patient education, awareness campaigns, success stories, events, and centre activities.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics, and educational content.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, doctors, and other clinical professionals to develop accurate healthcare content.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements.

B. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other appropriate platforms.
- Generate qualified enquiries for rehabilitation services and programmes.
- Monitor campaign budgets, cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall return on marketing expenditure.




- Test different audiences, creatives, advertisements, landing pages, and campaigns to improve results.
- Coordinate with the front-office/marketing team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads.

C. Content Marketing
- Develop healthcare-related content that is informative, ethical, patient-friendly, and aligned with the centre’s services.
- Prepare content for:
- Social media
- Website
- Blogs
- Google Business Profile
- WhatsApp campaigns
- Patient awareness campaigns
- Videos and reels
- Ensure all content maintains skilled healthcare communication standards and does not make misleading medical claims.

D. Website & SEO
- Maintain and update website content in coordination with the website team.
- Identify opportunities to improve search engine visibility.
- Conduct basic keyword research and implement on-page SEO practices.
