Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute digital demand generation for a US-focused business.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience across B2B lead generation, prospect list building, CRM management, email marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO, content marketing and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation & List Building: Build targeted prospect databases using Apollo.io and similar tools; research, segment and maintain high-quality B2B contact lists aligned with the target audience.
- CRM & Lead Management: Manage lead data and lifecycle through CRM platforms, ensuring effective qualification, tracking, routing and sales hand-off.
- Email Marketing: Plan, execute and optimize B2B email campaigns, including segmentation, testing, deliverability and performance tracking.
- SEO, AEO & GEO: Drive organic search visibility through SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives, supported by analytics and performance reporting.
- Content Marketing: Develop engaging, conversion-focused content for blogs, websites,



emails and other B2B marketing channels, tailored to a US audience.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, MQL/SQL conversion and overall demand-generation effectiveness.
- LinkedIn Marketing Added Advantage: Exposure to LinkedIn marketing, organic content and B2B audience/lead generation will be an advantage.

Must-Have Expertise
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing / Demand Generation
- Hands-on experience with B2B list building and prospect research
- Experience using Apollo.io or similar lead-generation platforms
- Proficiency in any major CRM platform
- Robust expertise in Email Marketing & Campaign Optimization
- Practical experience across SEO, AEO and GEO
- Strong Content Marketing & B2B Content Writing capabilities
