About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales / Business Development

Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have

experience in EdTech sales or B2C sales, possess strong communication skills, and be

comfortable engaging with prospective customers over calls, video meetings, and digital

channels.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Counsel and guide prospects through the sales process.

Generate, nurture, and convert leads into paying customers.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via phone/video calls.





Follow up regularly with prospects to maximise conversions.

Update and maintain CRM records with accurate customer information.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion rates.

Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Graduation mandatory).

1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales or B2C sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Hindi & English Speaking)

Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

Comfortable with telesales, inside sales, and customer interactions.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

Experience in educational counselling, admissions sales, or learning solutions sales.

Strong consultative selling approach.

Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
