Responsibilities

1. Act as SPOC for the Architecture/Solution for end-to-end ecommerce ecosystem
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy for our applications involved in e-commerce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
3. Define and enforce architectural principles, guidelines, and standards that support scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
4. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies like AI, machine learning, and personalization engines
5. Communicate architectural strategies and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in
6. Ensure the e-commerce architecture supports high availability, performance, and scalability to meet business demands, especially during peak shopping periods
7. Implement best practices for security and data privacy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR,



CCPA)
8. Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
9. Establish and enforce governance processes for architectural changes, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards
10. Participate in scoping, estimating efforts etc.
11. Contribute to white papers, blogs
12. Contribute to Pres-Sales Activities

Required Skills

1. 18+ Overall experience with 5+ enterprise architect or similar role in an e-commerce or digital experience environment
2. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Kibo, Shopify, commercetools, Custom implementations), integrations and related technologies.
3. Robust exposure working with platforms involved in ecommerce like Product Information Management, Content management System, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Search Platform, Inventory Man
