Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a DSA using Java Trainer based in the Greater Delhi Area. The trainer will design and deliver structured courses and workshops on Data Structures and Algorithms using Java, including lectures, live coding sessions, and problem-solving labs.



Daily responsibilities include preparing curriculum materials, creating assignments and assessments, mentoring learners individually and in small groups, and providing feedback on coding style, problem-solving approaches, and performance. The trainer will also develop practice problems, contribute to hackathons and project-based learning, and collaborate with other trainers to align content with industry standards and placement needs. Additional responsibilities may include updating learning resources, participating in curriculum reviews, and supporting academic counseling for learners.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and in-depth knowledge of core Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in programming, computer science fundamentals, or related technical topics.
