We are looking for a qualified and scientifically oriented professional to join our Medical Affairs / Medico Marketing team. The role will involve providing scientific and medical support across product launches, marketing activities, field-force training, product development, and publications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Launch
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches and prepare medical manuals and PowerPoint presentations.
- Develop and deliver new product launch presentations for the Marketing team and field force.
- Provide technical inputs on therapy areas, products, clinical evidence, and scientific information.
2. Responding to Medical Queries
- Address medical and scientific queries from the field force and healthcare professionals.
- Provide relevant, accurate, and scientifically supported information.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and healthcare professionals.

Scientific Support to Brands
- Stay updated with the latest scientific information, landmark clinical trials, treatment guidelines, and developments within relevant therapy areas.
- Provide scientific references and technical support for new and existing products.
- Prepare and review prescribing information.
- Validate medical and scientific content used in marketing materials for accuracy and quality.
- Develop CME kits, including PowerPoint presentations and relevant scientific references.
4. Training
- Conduct medical and scientific training programs for medical representatives.
- Develop and deliver both fresher and refresher training programs.
- Support the field team with updated product and therapy-area knowledge.
5. Current Product Ideation
- Provide medical and scientific rationale for new product introductions.
- Evaluate and recommend novel products and potential opportunities.
