Key Responsibilities
- Assemble machine components, structures, panels, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and electrical schematics.
- Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, terminal connections, sensors, switches, motors, and control-panel assembly.
- Install and align mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, belts, chains, couplings, and linear guides.
- Connect and test pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment safely.
- Perform machine testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and wiring defects and rectify them.




- Ensure proper machine alignment, torque, cable management, and component installation.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams during machine assembly and testing.
- Maintain assembly records and report issues or deviations to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
