operations and ensure strong financial discipline across all verticals.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with proven experience in managing
core accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and team coordination.
This role requires robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on




approach to handling end-to-end accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse complex financial reports and records to provide insights and
recommendations.
• Prepare and review various financial reports including account reconciliations
and variance analyses.
• Perform and oversee account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and income tax audits, and support statutory compliance.
• Document and monitor internal controls in support of the auditing team.
• Coordinate accounting projects and cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Review journal entries and reports prepared by junior accountants to ensure
accuracy.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS support all audit preparations and queries.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and ensure timely financial
reporting.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Senior Accounts Ex
